Set in motion your journey
of getting closer to your self

It’s all about meeting your needs.

You’ve worked so hard to get where you are, but feel stuck in certain areas of your life.

Whether it’s dating, relationships, career, life transitions, or difficult emotions, an attuned therapist can make a transformative difference. Yet it can be hard to find someone who gets you on a deeper level, truly cares, and is effective in helping you make the changes you seek.

I’m here to support, challenge, shift paradigms, and emotionally connect so that you can change old patterns and live life more authentically. As an integrative therapist, I engage holistically with your body, mind, and heart and personalize our sessions to match the unique individual you are.

Most of all, your wellbeing and fulfillment is at the center of our work together.

I get where you’re coming from:

  • The work of creating asks for both courage and vulnerability. If you’re struggling to access your energy or navigate the challenges of your path, therapy can help you reconnect with your voice and move forward with confidence.

  • Having to navigate a multicultural environment hasn’t been easy and your heritage has deeply impacted who you are today. Born and raised in NYC as a child of Taiwanese immigrants, I can understand the struggle of cultural diversity and race issues. Your cultural background and intergenerational history are a crucial part of who you are, and can be deeply empowering when honored.

  • You may be navigating difficult dynamics at work or struggling to find a balance. Maybe you’re struggling to feel secure in your career, or even looking to make a change. I’m here to help you navigate your professional and personal life so that you can find fulfillment.

  • You’re living and working across different timezones and having to adapt to different places quickly. It can be hard to find a therapist who understands your lifestyle and unique challenges. Having worked in the humanitarian field, I get where you’re coming from and can adapt to your needs.

  • Challenging the status quo in pursuit of radical, necessary change can feel both energizing and deeply depleting. When the work is urgent and the stakes are high, burnout often follows from carrying too much for too long. Therapy can be a space to replenish, stay connected to purpose, and sustain the struggle.
